they say goldfish have no memory
So. You know the whole thing with Adam that I've been blathering on about? Yeah, well, I was wrong. Way wrong. He
did try to call me. Twice. No one picked up the phone. GRRRR. *throws things* I hate that. I hate it when I think I have a valid reason to feel the way that I do, and then something or someone proves me wrong. Something and/or someone comes along and says, "No Amanda, you don't have a right to feel this way. I can't believe you ever thought you did! Hahaha! You must be a complete nutcase!" *sigh* I suppose I could placate myself by saying that he should have called until he got ahold of me, because he knows how stupid and paranoid I am. But that's not really fair, although by no means do I claim to be a fair person. I'm a bitch. But it's not worth it anymore. I shouldn't have gotten so worked up. I. Was. Wrong.
Ugh. I hate it when that happens.
We rented The Doom Generation tonight. In a word... fucked up. Well, that was two words, but you know what I mean. We also rented Luigi's Mansion, but it was messed up somehow. The GameCube wouldn't read it or something. Blockbuster is a poo.
Adam loaned me his Nintendo 64! I get to play Zelda again! *squeals* That is beyond happiness. Now I have something to do with myself.
I'm going to go find something to eat. I think we have stuffed shells in the freezer, or something equally yummy. Gotta love that frozen Italian food.
Edited at 1:11 a.m. I got two more google hits tonight - both for "dentist+evil+bib." Why would someone search for that twice? Or did two people search for it? Hmm.
Edited at 1:41 a.m. No frozen Italian food for me. *pouts* The stuffed shells took too long to cook - 45 minutes! We don't have any spaghetti sauce, either. So my very late dinner consisted of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, some left over veggies that were in the fridge, and a ginger-lemon cookie. I feel kind of ill now. I think it may have been the cookie. I noticed something while eating my veggies, though - I'm voracious when it comes to string beans. Seriously. I suck them up like an 8 pound Oreck XL.
