killer kitty and a group "reunion"
I'm home, and there's a cat on my desk. While I was out, Rufus apparently decided that my desk is his territory, and when I came home he was sleeping on it. It was cute until he woke up and started biting things, like my fingers and the mouse. Eep. He's adorable and fuzzy, though, so all is forgiven.
Hanging out with the gang tonight was a good time. Amanda, Pat, and I had dinner at Rascal's, and then met Adam at the Hampden 8 to see Harry Potter. It was just as cool as the first time, but the theater was cold as a very cold mofo. And there was a ghetto fight in the hallway, which Amanda observed for a while. We all went our separate ways after the movie, and when I took Amanda home we sat in her driveway and talked for about an hour and a half. It was nice, if a little unnerving. Things came up that I would rather have not talked about, and some other things made me want to talk to Adam hardcore, but overall it was good. And ooh, I found the watermelon-filled Twizzlers! They had them at CVS. Yummy.
I was going to write more, but I'm really tired. I should work on my papers for school, but dammit, I don't want to. Grrr. So I'll get in bed and read Guests of the Sheik until I can't keep my eyes open any longer. Sound good? Yep, I thought so too. I'll write tomorrow, either before or after the Thanksgiving shindig.
'Night.
