the visiting cat causes a ruckus
Argh. *pulls hair out* Rufus kitty is here. My cats are not taking well to him, so he's been confined to Mason's room for the night... to prevent hissing and clawing and cat-screaming. But now he's meowing pitifully at the walls and scratching at the door. I feel bad. I want to let him out. I want to let him roam the house. *sigh* I may have to tell Joe that I can't catsit him. I don't want to, but if things continue like this, I don't think there will be another option.
Again... argh. *continues to pull hair out* Stop meowing!
In other, non-cat-related news, I hung out with Joe and Adam for a while tonight. Mostly with Adam. We all went to Applebee's for dessert, and then took Joe home. Adam and I went back to his house and played SSX Tricky for an hour or so, cuddled on the couch for a bit, and then I headed home due to fatigue on both of our parts. A fun time, I guess.
Ooh! Quills is on. Nice.
I have a bit of a problem. I'm supposed to take my grandmother to the grocery store tomorrow around noon, which means that I should go to sleep before too long. The problem is that if I leave Rufus alone in here (Mason is asleep - he does count), he'll start meowing again. Right now he's lying peacefully on the desk, impeding use of the mouse. I can't take him into my room, because for one thing my door doesn't shut completely, and for another, the last time he was in my room he knocked everything off of the desk. So no. Aww, he's using the mouse as a pillow. Cute. Very cute. Also very annoying, as it is now clicking and moving at random, seemingly of its own free will. Hmm. I suppose I'll just leave the TV on for him. He's got food, and I'll bring in some water before I go to bed. I hope he doesn't start that dreadful crying again.
Eh, not much more to say. Cheers.
