episode #881, in which I discover the screen capture function
Yawn. I'm very tired, as I have spent most of the day doing nothing but knitting and watching Buffy (5 episodes, baby), but I'm driven to update anyway. Because I think I have diary OCD that way.
While I was enjoying my Buffy DVDs, I took some screen captures of things that I feel need to be seen.
Exhibit A:
Juliet Landau has the most frightening arms ever seen on a human being. I think she's a gorgeous woman and the perfect Drusilla, but for the love of god, people, LOOK AT THAT ARM! It's all veiny and divided where human arms just shouldn't be. There is something very seriously wrong with her arms. Although I guess it does up the creep factor of Dru, so perhaps it was a conscious choice.
Exhibit B:
It's Buffy! And she's wearing a shirt with lemons on it! I never noticed that before, but it's definitely a lemony tank top. I'm jealous. I want it. I would look somewhat grotesque in it, granted, but I still lust after its lemon-bedecked goodness. Sometimes Buffy makes some horrible fashion decisions, but I'm going to have to back her up on this one. Lemons are always a good choice.
Exhibit C:
There's really not much I can say about this except "AWWWW!" Because seriously, how cute is Willow in her eskimo suit? And with the cheese tower? It gets knocked over a second after I captured this, but I have to wonder how she built it up so high to begin with. Those gloves are not conducive to small-scale cheese architecture.
Moving away from the land of my Buffy obsession... did you see the burrito recipe in the last entry? Because you really don't want to miss that. For serious, guys. They're the best. I will be making hordes of them come easter break, and again the week after that while Adam and I dog-sit at his dad's house. I'll be in burrito heaven, and oh, I cannot wait. You may think it's ridiculous and sad to get so excited over some damn burritos, but you know what? Once you try them, you'll understand. And if you don't, then I shun you like lepers and pray to your deity of choice that you may one day see the light. The burrito light.
I really want to go floss and brush my teeth and stuff, so I'm going to do that and then hop into bed. I have English at 8 a.m., and no matter how much sleep I get I'm never ready to face that atrocious hour of the morning.
'Night.
