Hmm. I took Mason to work and now I'm trying to decided what to make for dinner. Dinner at 10:41 a.m.? Heh, no. Hopefully Adam will be coming over tonight, and I want to make something more than the rice-yogurt-and-frozen-dinner routine that I usually feed myself. One would think that my semi-extensive collection of cookbooks would come in handy about now, but alas. Granted, I haven't looked too hard yet, but for all intents and purposes I'm at a loss. I've got a side dish and a dessert, but what of the main dish? Cooking for a carnivore is a daunting task.
It's fun, though. I enjoy this. I look forward to being married/living with someone that I can cook for all the time. Because I'm a regular little Martha Stewart Jr., you know. Except I don't harvest my own wheat or anything; that requires getting up too early. So I'm just a lazy wannabe Martha. Damn.
I should shower and clean up a bit and such. Well, not really "clean," per se, but put some clothes away and empty the dishwasher. Fun times. I'll update later, unless I'm too busy being all blissed-out with Adam. So hopefully you won't hear from me 'til tomorrow. *grins* Adieu.
