I had a really good title for this, but then I forgot
Homefront - why isn't there a homeback? I was wondering about that while I was in the shower. Hmm.
I'm watching Hamtaro (!) on Toonami (which, in turn, would be on Cartoon Network). The cute factor is through the roof - a bunch of anime hamsters - but the plot leaves something to be desired. Right now they're playing soccer. There's a little white one with pigtails named Bijou who is just way too adorable. I want her. Only not really, because hamsters are iffy pets. They don't do anything. They live their entire lives out in a cage, eating pellets and running on a wheel. Woo, exciting. Aww! The hamsters are at "school!" Heh. At the end of the show, Hamtaro (the main hamster) does a little dance in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. It's fun.
Anyway, work was decent. I got there about 20 minutes late due to some confusion this morning with Adam. Blah. I have no idea why I act the way I do sometimes. I get so caught up in my immediate emotional reaction that all logical thought is disregarded. Nothing seems like a big deal after I've had to time to cool down and think about it, and then I'm left wondering why I always freak out about such minor stuff. A lot of it stems from miscommunication, I guess. We've gotten better at talking, but it's still a bit of a problem. And that's mostly my fault, because I'm really stupid like that. Argh. Fuck me and my badness. I tried to call him a bit ago, but he's not at either house. Boo. *sigh*
Joe and I are going to have a loaf-fest tonight. We're going to the Subway Cafe for pizza, and then to his place to watch the first season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I've only ever seen two episodes or so, and he keeps telling me that I just have to see it, that I'd love it. So we'll see about that. It's something to do, anyway. I need to get together with Amanda sometime soon - I haven't seen her in a while. I called her a few days ago, but no one was home.
Yeah, so... that's all. There's a hair in my ice cream, but that's okay, 'cause it's mine. I'll write later, probably.
