for the love of ducks constructed entirely of icing
I had a very strange dream last night, in which a giant bumblebee turned into a squirrel with a broken wing. When it tried to climb up the furniture it left bloody streaks and paw prints. I didn't know what to do with it, so I carried it around in a box. I kept asking people where I could take it, but no one knew or bothered to help. Finally I just let it go in the woods. I think. I woke up around there, so I'm not entirely sure.
My birthday is tomorrow. I'll be 20. It's very unnerving. My driver's license expires the day after that, so at some point I need to take myself down to PennDot and get it renewed. The licenses are different now, in that very ugly sort of way. And there are two pictures. TWO! Please shoot me now.
I hung out with Amanda for a bit yesterday, which was a fun time. We ran into Pat and Brian at Borders, and then we all met up with Adam at Friendly's for ice cream. And a munchie mania platter, containing fronion dippers, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken quesadilla. Amanda took care of the quesadilla, but I was almost solely responsible for the fronions. I am addicted. They contain crack or possibly crystal meth, I'm sure of it. There can be no other explanation. And that apple pie sundae? Needs to spontaneously appear in front of me at least once a day.
I need to shower. Morning grime is very unpleasant, and I am currently coated with it. It's gross. After showering, I shall walk the dog and then head over to Adam's house to help make my own birthday cake. Mmm, icing with colored beads in it. And there's going to be a duck on top! Because I love me some duckies, with the quacking and the waddling and the single-file lines of tiny babies. Aww, ducks. I want pet ducks.
Well, Buddy is downstairs barking like mad at something. I must go attend to the very paranoid puppy. Ciao.
