hunger and Buffy and music in commercials
Ugh. My entire loaf of bread went moldy. I suppose it's understandable, though, seeing as how it's been under the bed in my Box O' Food since I got here about a month ago. But dammit, I'm hungry. I don't really like going to the dining hall by myself... er, I hate it, in fact... so I thought I'd just skip lunch and eat in my room. Alas. All I have is junk food, you see, and not even very much of that. So I popped into the dining hall, planning to grab a bagel and bring it back here with me, but of course there weren't any bagels left. Boo. I've been eating junk all morning, but it's not very satisfying.
On a happier note (because hungry is never happy), Season 3 of Buffy comes out on January 7th. Woo! That's kind of far away, but I was expecting it in February or something. And that means that Season 4 will be released around my birthday, if these things stay on their (seeming) 6-month schedule. Mmm, Buffy. How I love thee. I'm really mad that the Buffy video game is only out for the Xbox. I do not want an Xbox, dammit, but if I could afford it I'd buy one just to play that game. But then, I guess that's the point.
I heard Never Gonna Come Back Down (BT for those of you who have been sadly neglecting your ears) on a commercial last night. I don't remember what it was for, but oh, it sent a little shiver of pleasure through me. Followed by a little shudder of "uck, why?" Smartbomb is in SSX Tricky, which is cool, but geh. Commercials. A Bif Naked song is in a commercial, too. A car commercial. Be still my little heart, what has the world come to?
Mer. I'm going to go play guitar. I'll write later, perhaps.
