couting heartbeats, 72 in a minute
Erg. It's finally Friday. Does anyone else feel like throwing a damn party? Because I'm all for that. We can have streamers and hats and a big cake that says, (no, not TGIF, never TGIF) "if today wasn't Friday, god would be dead." Yes, god would be dead. Because I would have made myself up a freaking rocket pack and popped into heaven for a little chloroform and torture action.
It's a good thing I don't believe in hell, because I would so be going there if I did.
And now for something more light-hearted than the unprovoked slaughter of your lord and savior - a quiz! Well, a quiz result, actually.
I usually don't post these, but this one made me happy. It's so cute! Seriously, what isn't adorable about a love-sick green dolphin covered in postage stamps? Unless it's covered in US flag postage stamps... ick... but I'm thinking that's not the case. I don't think underwater banks have to participate in that crap.
Ooh, I forgot to mention... Adam helped me change my guitar strings yesterday. You see, I've had this guitar for over 4 years, and up until yesterday it had the original strings on it. Heh. Can you tell it didn't get much action until recently? Yeah. Aside from being a bit slow, if you know what I mean, and turning one of the tuning pegs the wrong way (for which the high E string did indeed extract its revenge, snapping and cutting my arm), it wasn't too hard. I think I may even be able to do it myself sometime before my 25th birthday. It sounds way better now... very different. I was surprised. I didn't think that the newness of the strings made that much difference. Of course, I'm pretty guitar-illiterate, so pay me no mind.
You know what would make me happy? Mail. Send me mail!

Come on, you know you want to send me something. Even if it's just some paperclips tucked into an envelope. Just... no mail bombs or stalking, s'il vous plait. 'Cause that's not very nice.
Well, it's shower time. I'll write later.
