all the good books have pictures
Heh, I gave Rufus some catnip and now he's all kitty stoned. As you can quite clearly see. Is he not the most handsome cat in all the land? Seriously, his extreme cuteness even excuses his grumpy demeanor.
It's late for me - nearly 2. I don't have to get up until 10, though, so it's no big. 3D was more unpleasant than usual today, but Creative Writing made up for it. And then I stopped off to see Adam for a bit, which is always a fun time. We discussed our plan for the concert tomorrow, and believe you me when I say that I am EXCITED. Rufus concert #4, here I come! Squeee!
I registered for next semester's classes this afternoon: 2-Dimensional Design, Drawing II, Creative Writing II, American Folklore, and Chinese Arts & Culture. Color me excited for that last one, and for Creative Writing part deux, but the rest? Meh. The thought of 2-D Design makes my blood run cold. And 4 hours of Drawing? At least it's with Shawn (3D professor) and not Monica (Professor McFlighty), because while I may be able to survive a 4 hour class with Shawn, I would go insane and kill people with my graphite sticks if I had to spend that long locked in a room with Monica. She's fucking nuts, people. And annoying as all hell. I don't know. I'm not really looking forward to it all, but at least I'll have Fridays off.
Hrm. I believe I'm going to make this a picture entry, as I have little else to say and there's already a honkin' photo shoot of Rufus gracing your monitors.
My papasan chair! Adam gave me this for our 3-year anniversary, and I love it to bits. I've wanted one forever, and it's red! And huge! And comfy! Perfect for drinking tea and knitting and reading and watching Buffy.
I made Adam a Snoopy blanket as part of his anniversary present. Here it is laid out on his bed. He has the neatest room in the entire universe. It's freakish. You can see a close-up of the Snoopy appliqu thing here.
The other part of his present was a set of Homestar Runner action figures. I don't know why I keep referring to them as "action figures" when they don't do anything active, but hey. They're awesome any way you slice it.
I have more pictures to share, but as I only have 1% of my image storage space left it'll just have to wait. 'Til then - adieu.
