Iron Chef and other things
I'm playing around in Photoshop, making up lots of fun layouts. I want a new one soon, I think. I figure if I can hold out for a few more days, I can say that it's a "new layout for a new year!" *laughs* Corny, yes - but it's an excuse.
I hung out with Adam tonight. We made gingerbread cookies and played Life and watched Iron Chef. I lost at Life for the first time ever - I didn't even become president! I always, always, always get the "Become President" Life tile, but noooo, not this time. Dammit. The Iron Chef challenge was milk, and the iron chef won. I knew he would. The panel didn't like the challenger's dessert at all. One little man was so adamant about it that I wanted to throw something at him. I mean, come on dude, could you make it? I didn't think so.
I could never be a panel member on Iron Chef. They have to eat such weird shit. One time the challenge was broccoli or some such vegetable, and someone made ice cream out of it. They even made a dessert out of duck neck once, and while that's certainly an interesting use for duck neck, I think I'd rather eat chalk dipped in paste.
I wonder if I ever ate paste. I can't remember, but I probably did. It would explain a lot.
