infinity cats
I had the weirdest dream last night. Well, this morning, actually. I woke up when Adam called around 11:30, but then I went back to sleep. The dream took place in my house, but it didn't look like my house... you know how that is in dreams? You know where you are, but it doesn't look like it should? Yeah. Anyway, I was in bed, and I look over and see a big snake coiled up under my desk. I walked out really slowly and then freaked out on my mom. I told her there was a snake in my room, and she was like, "I know, I know." She went into my room and a few seconds later all these animals came running out. There was the snake, a raccoon, a cat, and some other things.
The cat was scary. It was gray and mangy, and where its eyes should have been there was just a patch of tan fur shaped like a horizontal eight. Like the symbol for infinity. It kept leaping at me and biting me, and finally I got a hold of it and went to put it outside. I put it on the porch, and just as I went to close the door a big white dog came running in. I looked outside, and there was a woman who asked to speak to my mom. I don't remember much about her. I took her into the house, and on the couch was another cat. It looked sort of siamese, and its eyes were the same as the other cat's, only this one had a patch of black fur instead of tan. It was crouching there, looking kind of scared and kind of scary at the same time.
After that I guess I woke up. I don't get the whole 'cats with infinity symbols instead of eyes' thing, but I suppose it must mean something in dream-speak.
I was going to write more, but Adam just called and I'm going over there to play Super Monkey Ball. Cheers.
