the attack of the 50 foot cat people
My cat is staring at me. I'm not sure why. I think she wants something. She's such a wild-eyed little beast. It's kind of scary sometimes.
So I've been working on a layout for Amanda all morning. It's coming along nicely, I think. There are a few glitches that I need to work out, though, because I'm venturing into the land of CSS this time and I really don't know what I'm doing. But it's fun. It gives me the opportunity to play without having to redesign my own diary. I think that'll be happening before too long anyway, though. I'm getting antsy.
Joe and I are going to the Subway Cafe for lunch in a little bit. The only reason I can afford this is because I have a gift certificate that I got for christmas. Otherwise, we'd probably be eating cereal or ramen or something at his place, because we're both broke. Blah. I really need to find a job. I don't particularly want to, but if I had any less money we'd be getting into negative numbers. Joe's looking for a new job, too, so maybe we'll pick up some applications today. Maybe I'll even fill them out this time.
Last night, I read some of the goddess book to put me to sleep. I figured I'm make it about ten pages or so, but alas, I managed seven and then it was sleepy time for me. At this rate I'll finish it around the same time I turn 30.
