the attack of the early rising pod person
Whoa. It's 9 a.m., I'm up, and I'm absolutely wide awake. Yes, I am. I've been getting up earlier lately, which is kind of nice but kind of scary because I've never been an early riser. Has the spirit of someone who looks forward each new day taken over my body? Mm... no. But it could happen, I suppose.
I know exactly what I'm going to make for dinner tonight, and it's yummy, and I want to make it now. NOW. Chinese noodles and broccoli in a peanut butter sauce (shush, its good). Yum yum yum. Maybe I'll actually eat tonight, too. Last night I made a very nice dinner (veggies with polenta and provolone cheese), but as hungry as I was, I couldn't eat it. I felt all weak and jittery and it was no good. I laid down for a while, then ate a bowl of corn pops and felt better. So... yeah, I want to make my dinner now. I shan't, though. It's actually kind of nice out today; maybe I'll go for a walk or something instead. You know, get a little of that crazy "exercise" people are always talking about.
I'm getting my hair cut at five, meeting Adam at Borders for tea and talk at 5:45, and then scuttling off home around eight to whip up dinner. There's my evening for ya, before it's even happened. Not terribly exciting, but I get to see my boy, so I'm happy. I'll update later, I'm sure, and go on about things for a while. Cheers.
