the love of an empty house
Ho hum. I enjoy having the house to myself. It's lovely. It's especially nice when I wake up and the house is empty - no radio, no TV, just quiet. Well, Rufus' bell jingles when he walks, but that's cute. I like that. I wish the other kitties would wear a collar with a bell on it, but they won't even wear a collar. Tango might, but Gizmo flat-out refuses. Besides, a bell would interfere with Tango's important stealth missions. *nods*
I want to put on some music and dance around my room, in celebration of my new job and the empty house. Last night, I ate a celebratory coconut egg way too fast and got sick to my stomach. That's no way to celebrate. Nope. I've become a bit junk food intolerant lately, which health-wise is good, but in all reality, is not. I like junk food! I would go so far as to say that I love junk food. I desire it. It is my friend. These gastrointestinal antics need to stop, because I can deal without french fries and mozzarella stick (*drool*), but if you mess with my chocolate I may have to kill you. Seriously.
Anyhow. I'm honestly, truly, for real going over to Joe's tonight. I am. Nothing will stop me. I should really go get gas now, because I hate getting gas at night. I mean, I hate getting gas anytime, but I especially hate it at night. So boo. I should do that. I probably won't, though, just like I probably won't go for a walk/run, even though I definitely should.
Oh well. Time for a shower. If I'm going to be lazy, I can at least be clean while I'm at it.
