this is where the purple people go
I'm hatching a plan, my dears. A plan that makes me hope and pray to whatever deity wants to listen that for once in my life, things go as I want them to. Because it's a pretty good plan, I think. I'm being all vague because I don't want to jinx myself, and also because this plan can't be carried out until sometime next year, so there's no hurry to discuss it in-depth. Gotta save some things for when I hit my next dry spell, right?
I went over to Adam's earlier, and we went jaunting off to Circuit City and Borders, because we do that sometimes. Jaunt, I mean. We're jaunty fellows, indeed. He bought an anime that I believe is called Blood: The Last Vampire, and I got To Venus and Back (for the second time, dammit) and some vegan cookbook that appealed to me at the time. It's a fun one, with many delicious things inside. However, I have about two of the 500,000 necessary ingredients on hand, so there will be nothing for me out of that book tonight. Alas. I'm tempted to go to the grocery store for some lettuce (snack!) and things, but I know better than to let myself go in there alone. I'm a demon. A money-spending, food-buying demon. It's horrible. Like leprosy.
I work tomorrow morning, which should be just lovely. Please note that a hefty dose of sarcasm should be read into that last sentence. I was going to go with Adam to the REAL LoTR deal at Media Play tonight, but it's at midnight, and what with the having to be at work at 7 a.m. and stuff, it just wouldn't work. Dammit. I briefly considered throwing caution to the wind (watch yourselves) and going anyway, but the thought of getting 4 hours of sleep looms too hideously in my mind.
Whoa. I just had an encounter with the blue screen of death and nearly, yes, very nearly, actually died from it. But since the entry wasn't lost, all is relatively well. My mom's on this "let's brush the cats" kick, which is sort of amusing and sort of a kick that shouldn't pass. They do need it, especially Tango and Rufus (Gizmo doesn't have exceptionally long/thick fur), but they don't like it too much. And by that I mean that they don't like it at all. Well, no, Tango doesn't mind until you get near her tail - then she freaks out. But Rufus turns into a vicious, flesh-shredding machine at the mere sight of the brush. That's not too much of a change, though; he's rather vicious and flesh-shredding most of the time anyway.
Hmm. I have little else to write about, I'm afraid. I feel like being creative. Writing and drawing and sewing and just making things. I think I'll end up drawing, because it takes less mental effort than writing and less physical effort the sewing (my machine and supplies are stowed away in the depths of my closet). If I manage to produce anything that doesn't resemble... something that sucks... I'll let you know.
Oh! Before I forget, I got a few Google hits today: "zucchini girl," "pictures buffy fucking girl," "bustalicious," and "sniffing panties." Heh. If you put all of those together you could make some pretty fucked up stuff. Like someone searching for pictures of Buffy fucking a busty girl with a zucchini and sniffing someone's panties. Erm... yes. Farewell.
