paper junk and coldness
I'm being a good little student and spending my Sunday afternoon writing an English paper. Someone give me a freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and some tea. Or at least a little gold star or something.
Adam went to lunch with his dad this afternoon, and hung out there for a while. He's on his way back now, I believe. We're doing dinner/movie/Borders tonight, which will be fun. Dinner = I don't know. Movie = Red Dragon. Borders = Book lust. I'll probably get a CD. Either that or the second Buffy Watcher's Guide... although a CD would be more practical, since I won't have a chance to read the damn book until Christmas break. No jokes. I haven't even read the books that I have for Anthro yet. The first is about 300 pages and I need to have it read/write a pages-long reader response for it by the end of October-ish. The second is also about 300 pages and needs to be done around mid-November. Grr. I really need to get moving on that.
It's really fucking cold in here. I don't know why. The don't think the air conditioner is even on. I haven't actually been outside yet, but according to my WeatherBug, it's only 60 degrees here. Erg. Winter is coming. Have I mentioned that I don't like winter much? I used to, but then it dawned on me that cold is bad. Very bad. I'm always cold, even when it's hot out, so winter really sucks. Bleh. I'm not a big fan of summer, either, though. I like the in-between seasons. Fall, Spring. You know, the ones that only last about a week each.
Well, I'm going to stop with the writing now. Cheers.
