poe and the scary fog
listening to... the new Justice League or some such cartoon that my brother is watching.
reading... nothing right now.
feeling... so-so.
I just finished eating a brick of chocolate that could have fed the entire population of China for 3 months. Other than that, things are going pretty well.
Adam and I went to see Poe on Saturday. She kicked more ass than anything I've ever seen in my entire life. It was incredibly. It was, hands down, the best concert I've ever been to - better, even, than Tori, I think. I'm hard pressed to put anyone above Tori, but seriously, the sheer energy of Poe's show was amazing. She was stage diving and pulling people up on stage and walking through the crowd and shit. And her bassist was nuts. Dude can play the bass while he's being pulled around by his hair; that's some talent. We bought "Not A Virgin" condom lollipops at the merchandise stand - it's just a condom taped to stick with a sticker on the front of the wrapper, but it's fun and they were about all we could afford. Hmm... *imagines someone trying to lick the condom pop* Ha!
Saturday was also out 1 year anniversary, and that was a nice way to spend it. We saw some shooting stars on the way home, but we didn't stay up for the big meteor shower because it wasn't supposed to happen until like 4 or 5 in the morning. On the way there, and on the way back actually, it was really foggy in places. It was kind of creepy. If you looked out over a town or a mountain or something it looked like there wasn't anything there at all.
We went to see Monsters, Inc. on Friday, and I must say that it was FANTASTIC. If you haven't seen it, go see it, and if you have, go see it again! Boo is so cute. If children were actually like that, maybe I wouldn't be so against them.
I should write more, but I feel like working on a new design for this thing. So I think I'll go do that and then put another entry up when I finish and/or get bored with and/or get frustrated with that. Fun times.
