there will be no in-flight movie
We have left the land of Fatigued and are now entering the quaint village of Exhausted. Please keep hands and arms inside the car at all times, and remain seated until we come to a complete stop. An attendant will help you regain your footing. Thank you, and please enjoy your stay in beautiful Exhausted. (Tips welcome.)
I am so fucking tired.
I started my Buffy book, as you can see from the header of this entry. It's interesting, but I have a feeling it's going to be a slow read. I know pretty much nothing about philosophy, so I actually have to pay attention to what I'm reading instead of tearing through it at a manic pace. Alas. But I'll learn some new things, at least. The first two articles were both about Faith, which is always a fun time. Because as we all know so well, I love me some Faith. Partly because I'd give my left lung to BE Faith (minus the evil thing, of course), but hey. We all have our issues.
Oral presentations start up in Global Pop today. I'm writing a paper instead, so basically this means that for the duration of the course I'll be sitting in class, listening to people I don't like babble about musicians that I don't like. Oh happy day, what a fun time I'm going to have. Bleh.
Adam and I are heading out after class to take pictures of BABY ANIMALS. Baby cows, and baby sheep, and llamas (not babies), and probably ducks. They're not babies, either, but they're still cute and thus worthy of being captured on film. Now I just have to make sure that I actually have film, and we'll be all set. Here's hoping.
